Official Rules

PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. MUST BE 21+ TO ENTER OR WIN.

Eligibility: This “$350,000 Above The Race” Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to those who, as of the date of entry: (i) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with proof of age acceptable to Sponsor; and (ii) are a verified member in good standing of Club Serrano rewards program (membership is free and can join at any Club Serrano Rewards Center, including at Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”))(hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort (“Sponsor”) or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamava' Resort & Casino (collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Individuals on any ban, self-limited or self-exclusion list applicable to any casino operated by or affiliated with Sponsor are not eligible for this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

How to Enter: The Promotion begins on September 29, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends November 24, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.  PT. 

EARNED ENTRIES

1. Entrants can earn entries as described below at Palms during the applicable Earning Period (defined below). 

2. Entrants can earn Entries for that week’s drawing during the applicable “Earning Period”:

   1. WEEK ONE: September 29, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. through October 5 at 6:00 p.m.

   2. WEEK TWO: October 6, 2024, at 12:01 a.m.  through October 12 at 6:00 p.m.

   3. WEEK THREE: October 13, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. through October 19 at 6:00 p.m.

   4. WEEK FOUR: October 20, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. through October 26 at 6:00 p.m.

   5. WEEK FIVE: October 27, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. through November 2 at 6:00 p.m.

   6. WEEK SIX (Grand Finale): November 3, 2024, at 12:01 a.m. through November 24 at 6:00 p.m.

3. Slots players will earn one (1) Entry for every 100 tier points earned during the applicable Earning Period.

4. Table games players will earn one (1) Entry for every 100 points earned during the Earning Period. Points are based on time spent and average bet during the Earning Period. Players must present their Club Serrano card to a Pit Boss to be entered (rated). 

5. Management reserves the right to offer bonus entries during the drawing earning period.  

6. All Entrants, regardless of method of entry, MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 3 PM – 6 PM on drawing day by swiping at any Club Serrano kiosk, or by having an active rated slot or table session closed. All Weekly Drawings are at 7:00 p.m. Once Entries have been activated, then those Entries will be activated only for that particular drawing date. All Earned Entries will not rollover to subsequent weekly drawings. ENTRIES, REGARDLESS IF ACTIVATED, ARE ONLY VALID FOR THAT PARTICULAR WEEKLY DRAWING IN WHICH IT WAS EARNED AND WILL NOT BE VALID FOR SUBSEQUENT WEEKLY DRAWINGS OF THIS PROMOTION. If any questions, please ask a Representative.

Prizes & Drawing Dates:  Sponsor will award the following prizes (“Prize(s)”) to the applicable winning Entrants (each a “Prize Winner”):

For all Earned Entry drawings at Palms, potential Prize Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their prize, otherwise the Prize will be redrawn. Entrants can win only once per weekly drawing.

WEEKLY DRAWINGS

Weekly Prizes: Five (5) total Prize Winners per week:

• Two (2) Winners of $5,000 in Free Play each 

• Two (2) Winners of $3,000 in Free Play each

• One (1) Weekly Grand Prize Winner will receive $17,000 in Free Play and two (2) tickets to access the exclusive one-of-a-kind immersive Las Vegas Race Experience from the Eiffel Tower Restaurant®.

Prizes & Drawings: At each weekly drawing, five (5) potential prize winners will be drawn at once to participate in that week’s Drawing. Participants drawn will have three (3) minutes to come to the prize stage near the Unknown Bar and claim their spot. If all five (5) names drawn are not confirmed within the three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw for the spot that has not shown up. The five (5) prize winners will then choose an object in the order they were drawn to determine their Prize. All weekly Prizes will be revealed at the same time. 

At the Grand finale drawing, November 24, 2024, potential prize winners for 10th place – 6th place will be drawn first, all at the same time to claim their prize. Once those winners have been confirmed and claimed their prize, the next potential winners for 5th place – 1st place will be called all at once to come to the prize stage to claim their spot. Once those spots have been confirmed, these remaining top five (5) prize winners will then choose an object in the order they were drawn to determine their prize. All potential grand prize winners must claim their spot within three (3) minutes, if all five (5) names drawn during each drawing are not confirmed within three (3) minutes, there will be a redraw for the spot that has not shown up. All prizes will be revealed at the same time.

Free Play Prizes issued by Palms will be valid for thirty (30) days from issuance, regardless if actually utilized.

EACH PRIZE WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES (INCLUDING INCOME AND SALES TAXES), AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZES THEY RECEIVE. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded only to the named Prize Winner. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.  

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Prize Winner of the Grand Prize Patek Philippe watch estimated $125,000 will not have a choice for Free Play or cash alternative in lieu of the watch. Each winner is responsible for all taxes (including sales, use and/or income tax). Grand Prize Winner shall have 48 hours from winning to notify Sponsor (Palms Promotion Department) of their decision to accept the watch or the Grand Prize shall be automatically forfeited back to Sponsor without any replacement prize. Grand Prize Winner should contact their designated Palms Promotion Department representative in advance of the deadline for any questions and/or general guidance regarding the Grand Prize. 

Selection & Notification of Potential Winners: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor on the Drawing Dates set forth above. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN AT ALL DRAWINGS. If the Potential Winner either expressly forfeits a Prize, or if the Potential Winner does not timely respond within any specified timeframe, the Prize shall be automatically deemed forfeited.

Potential Winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each Potential Winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Winner’s Form, which includes releases of liability and publicity, and full completion of applicable tax form(s) (e.g. 1099-MISC, W2-G, 1042-S) within three (3) days of issuance. Each Potential Winner shall be required to provide a valid, government-issued form of identification satisfactory to Sponsor that matches the name under which the Potential Winner entered. All Prize Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements. Noncompliance with the foregoing or with these Official Rules, or any notification not being successful or being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification of the Potential Winner. Accepting the Prize constitutes permission to use a Prize Winner’s name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the maximum extent permitted by law. PRIZES WILL ONLY BE AWARDED BY SPONSOR IF AND WHEN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ARE CONFIRMED, ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED, APPLICABLE WITHHOLDING OBLIGATIONS ARE SATISFIED, AND OTHER APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS MET.

Conditions: Earned Entries are unlimited during the applicable Earning Period. Non-activated or incomplete Entries, expired Entries, or entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, will be void. Use of automated technology or similar devices are prohibited. Entrants are prohibited from using multiple names, Club Serrano accounts, email addresses, or any other means to seek to obtain more than the allowed number of Entries or to seek to participate under more than one identity. Any attempt to do so is grounds for disqualification.

By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects, subject to NRS §463.362. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, illegible, inaccurate or undelivered entries; or for any other mechanical, technical or human error of any type whatsoever. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Entries or Entrants and disqualify such Entrants who Sponsor believes have attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Promotion and/or who are in violation of these Official Rules.

Miscellaneous: The Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by Entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY INDIVIDUAL THAT ATTEMPTS TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION AND RESERVES ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify this Promotion at any time and without notice.

Disputes: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, Entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively the state and federal courts in Clark County, Nevada, subject to NRS §463.362. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Nevada and applicable Regulations of the Nevada Gaming Commission and Nevada Gaming Control Board.
