OFFICIAL RULES
(FOR PORTION OF PROMOTION OCCURRING AT PALMS)

REVISED Rules for Million Dollar Moment as of 11/20/2024.

Eligibility: Participation in the  Million Dollar Moment Promotion (“Promotion”) is limited to: (i) are at least twenty-one (21) years of age with identification acceptable to Sponsor; (ii) are a verified member in good standing of Club Serrano rewards program (membership is free and can join at any Club Serrano Rewards Center, including at Palms Casino Resort (“Palms”); and (iii) have a valid email address on file eligible to receive marketing communications from Palms (hereafter “Entrant”). Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of FP Holdings, L.P. d/b/a Palms Casino Resort (“Sponsor”) or any prize provider(s) and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, including, but not limited to, Palms’ sister property, Yaamava Resort & Casino (“YRC,” and collectively, with Sponsor, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Individuals on any ban, self-limit or self-exclusion list applicable to any casino operated by or affiliated with Sponsor are not eligible for this Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Entry submission constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. 

Ways to Enter: The portion of the Promotion occurring at Palms begins on November 1, 2024, and ends December 7, 2024. There are three (3) methods to enter this Promotion at Palms: (1) Earned Entries for the Qualifier Drawings, (2) Earned Entries for the Last Chance Drawing, and (3) Top Point Earner.

QUALIFIER DRAWINGS

How to Enter:
(i) Patrons can earn entries into the “Qualifier Drawings” during the applicable Earning Periods (defined below).

1. The Qualifier Drawings (“Qualifier Drawings”) applicable to these Official Rules will be held at Palms Casino Resort on the Casino Floor near the Unknown Bar at 7:00pm. Qualifier Drawings will be divided into four (4) days. Qualifier Drawing dates are as follows: (i.) Saturday, November 9, 2024; (ii.) Saturday, November 16, 2024; (iii.) Saturday, November 23, 2024; and (iv.) Saturday, November 30, 2024. For qualifier drawings held at YRC, see YRC’s rules.

2. Entrants can earn entries during the following “Earning Periods”:

Qualifier Drawing # 1
a. Earn one entry for every 100 Slot tier points 12:01am Sunday, November 3 through Saturday, November 9 at 6:00pm

Qualifier Drawing # 2
b. Earn one entry for every 100 Slot tier points 12:01am Sunday, November 10 through Saturday, November 16 at 6:00pm

Qualifier Drawing # 3
c. Earn one entry for every 100 Slot tier points 12:01am Sunday, November 17 through Saturday, November 23 at 6:00pm

Qualifier Drawing # 4
d. Earn 100 Slot tier points 12:01am Sunday, November 24 through Saturday, November 30 at 6:00pm

(1) Note: All Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 3:00pm – 6:00pm on the applicable Qualifier Drawing day by swiping at any Club Serrano kiosk at the property, or by having an active rated slot session closed. Activated entries will be valid only for that particular Qualifier Drawing date and will NOT rollover to a subsequent drawing. If any questions, please ask a Representative. 

3. Entries will NOT roll over to subsequent Qualifier Drawings (i.e. a Drawing on a subsequent date).

Drawing Format: Must be present to win.

• a. Each weekly Qualifier Drawing will have 5 rounds of potential winners being called, ten (10) names at a time.

• b. Each of the ten (10) potential winners from each round will be given 2 minutes to claim their prize or that position in Qualifier Tournament will be forfeited. There will be NO redraw; Any unclaimed Qualifier Tournament spots (and the associated Free Play) will be forfeited.

Qualifier Drawing(s) Weekly Prizes:

4. Free Play Prizes from the Qualifier Drawings will be valid for thirty (30) days only at Palms.

• a. Any prize won will be automatically loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account.

• b. Any Free Play prize won will be automatically loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account.

5. The fifty (50) winners from each Qualifier Drawing (up to 200 total) held at Palms (i.e. on November 9,16,23,30) will qualify to advance to the Qualifier Slot Tournament on Saturday, December 7, 2024, for a maximum of two hundred (200) advancers. In the event that a Participant is drawn in multiple Qualifier Drawings, such Participant will be awarded the corresponding Free Play prize but will not be given any additional spots in the Qualifying Tournament.  

UPDATE AS OF 11.20.2024 

Qualifier Drawing Bonus Entries: 

6.    Bonus entries for the promotion period will be every Thursday in November, beginning November 7, 2024, through November 28, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 11:59 PM. 

7.    Redemption takes place between 2:00 PM – 11:59 PM every Thursday in November, beginning November 7, 2024, through November 28, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 11:59 PM.

8.    Participants must earn 100 Slot Tier Points on eligible slots to receive an additional five hundred (500) bonus entries during the promotional period.

9.    To redeem, participants must swipe their players card at any Promotional Kiosk on each Thursday (mentioned above) from 2:00 PM – 11:59 PM to redeem the bonus entries, after earning the required 100 Slot Tier Points. 

10.    Bonus Drawing Entries will be valid only for that particular Qualifier Drawing date and will NOT rollover to a subsequent drawing. If any questions, please ask a Representative

11.    Redemption is limited to one (1) per Participant per week.

QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT

The Qualifier Tournament will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, between 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Palms Casino Resort on the Casino Floor in the designated tournament area. For the Qualifier tournament held at YRC, see YRC’s rules available at www.yaamava.com.

Ways to Enter: 

(i) Be one of the Two Hundred (200) Participants who advanced from the Qualifier Drawings. (i.e. the top 50 from each of the 4 Palms’ Qualifier Drawings)

OR

(ii) Be a winner in one of the “Last Chance” Drawings held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 4:00pm at Unknown Bar.

• a. Five (5) players will be randomly drawn that earned 1,250 Slot Tier Points between 12:01 am – 3pm on Saturday, December 7, 2024. Such 5 players need not have participated in any of the Qualifier Drawings.

  • i. Entrants MUST ACTIVATE THEIR ENTRIES between 12:00pm – 3:00pm by swiping at any Club Serrano kiosk, or by having an active rated slot session closed.

• b. All potential Last Chance Drawing winners must claim their spot in the Qualifier Tournament within 2 minutes of their name being called or position in Qualifier Tournament will be forfeited, there will be NO redraw; Any unclaimed Qualifier Tournament spots will be forfeited.   

• c. In the event that a Participant is drawn in the Last Chance Drawing that has already advanced to the Qualifier Tournament, such Participant will be deemed ineligible of the prize and will not be given an additional spot into the Qualifying Tournament.

12. Machine assignments for the Qualifier Tournaments will be determined by a random draw when the Participant arrives at the Tournament area.  Management shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine final machine assignments. Participants will receive a four-digit pin number after they register. The four-digit pin number must be entered to initiate Tournament play. 

13. Qualifier Tournament play will be held on the above published Tournament day and hours. Failure to arrive at the Tournament area and check-in with a Tournament representative during the published Tournament hours will eliminate the Participant from entry into the Tournament. 

14. Qualifier Tournament Participants must go to any Club Serrano Kiosk to print their Tournament entry voucher before proceeding to the Tournament area (across from Greene St. Kitchen) between 5:00pm – 9:00pm on the Qualifier Tournament day to participate in tournament play.

15. Qualifier Tournament play will be held from 5:00pm – 9:00pm on December 7, 2024.

• a. Tournament will be “walk-up” (aka “sit and go”) style on the designated Tournament machines. Participants will play maximum of two (2) 2-minute rounds of the tournament game to determine their score.

• b. Participants will keep the highest score generated to determine final placement. 

16. Only one (1) person may play per machine, per round. 

17. Qualifier Tournament Participants may only participate in one Qualifier Tournament spot. 

• a. The top five (5) scorers from the Semifinal Tournament will advance to the Grand Finale on December 16, 2024, at YRC. See YRC’s corresponding rules for details. 

• b. If two (2) or more Participants have the same score from their highest round, the tied Participants will equally split the sum total of the applicable prizes. For example, if three (3) Participants tie for 2nd place, they would equally split the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place prizes; the next highest score would receive the 5th place prize amount. 

December 7, 2024, Qualifier Tournament Prize Structure:

18. Results will be announced/published at the Club Serrano Rewards Desk at Palms after the conclusion of tournament on December 7, 2024.

• a. Free Play Prizes will be valid for thirty (30) days and valid only at Palms.

• b. Any prize won will be loaded/awarded to the primary registered Participant’s account after the conclusion of the tournament.

GRAND FINALE (HELD AT YRC)

The Million Dollar Moment Grand Finale will be held Monday, December 16, 2024, at Yaamava Resort and Casino. The Grand Finale shall contain both Palms and YRC participants. The advancing five (5) Qualifier Tournament winners from Palms will be eligible to participate in YRC’s Grand Finale and the Top Point Earner from Palms (see details below) will be eligible to participate in YRC’s Grand Finale Final Round. YRC’s Official Rules shall govern the Grand Finale for all Participants. YRC’s Official Rules are available at www.yaamava.com.

Top Point Earner at Palms: 
One (1) Palms Club Serrano member who was the Top Point Earner between November 1 – 30, 2024 will advance directly to the Finale Round of the Grand Finale at 10:00pm on December 16 at YRC. (i.e. the top Point Earner from Palms). In the event that a Qualifier Tournament advancer is also the Top Point Earner (i.e. has already advanced to the Grand Finale through the Qualifier Tournament), such participant will forfeit their spot in the First Round of the Grand Finale and will advance directly to the Finale Round of the Grand Finale (see YRC’s rules). Travel & Accommodations to YRC
Palms Grand Finale Participants (i.e. the Top one (1) Point Earner at Palms and the five (5) Palms Participants advancing from the Qualifier Tournament held at YRC) shall receive a complimentary hotel stay at YRC for the Grand Finale and must stay at YRC to be eligible for the Grand Finale. Palms will offer up to $1,000 Air Travel only via Southwest gift cards for Grand Finale Participants to travel to YRC.  See YRC’s Official Rules for additional details.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE FOR THE PORTION OF THE PROMOTION OCCURRING AT PALMS. FOR PORTIONS OF THE PROMOTION OCCURRING AT YRC, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE GRAND FINALE HELD AT YRC, SEE YRC’S OFFICIAL RULES AVAILABLE AT: WWW.YAAMAVA.COM. IN THE EVENT OF A CONFLICT BETWEEN THE YRC’S OFFICIAL RULES AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES, THE YRC OFFICIAL RULES SHALL GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROMOTION OCCURRING AT YRC, AND THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF THE PROMOTION OCCURRING AT PALMS. 

General Rules

19.    Participation into a promotion is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register/earn entries/activate entries or appear during the times stated in these official rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a drawing or tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

20.    Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible Entries received by Sponsor on the Drawing Dates set forth above. ENTRANTS MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN AT ALL DRAWINGS. If the Potential Winner either expressly forfeits a Prize, or if the Potential Winner does not timely respond within any specified timeframe, the Prize shall be automatically deemed forfeited.

21.    Participants must be present at their assigned slot machine in the Tournament Area no less than ten (10) minutes before the start of their session and play at all their assigned round/session times. Failure to be present at any round/session may eliminate the Participant from further participation in the Tournament.

22.    It is the Participant’s responsibility to immediately notify the Tournament representative with questions or concerns that may arise during a round. Upon notification of a malfunction, Management will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to continue play or to replay a session.

• i.    Participants should continue to press the ‘Play’ button while they are awaiting a Tournament representative to assist them.

• ii.    Minor pauses or delays are not considered a machine malfunction.

23.    Tournament Machines have individual timers that may shut off upon malfunction. In the event a malfunction cannot be corrected, the Participant will be moved to a vacant Tournament Machine to play his/her round. In the event the Participant is unable to be moved to a vacant Tournament Machine during his/her round, the Participant will be accommodated at Management’s Discretion. A complete round must be played on a single machine. One (1) single Participant must play an entire round.

• iii.    No money, tokens or coins will be required to play Tournament Machines.

24.    Prizes will be awarded according to the Prize Structure(s).

25.    A Participant’s score is determined by the number of points registered on his/her assigned Tournament Machine at the end of their round, regardless of what the credit meter reads.

26.    The Prize Structure will be paid as published. Any agreements between Participants concerning the sharing of Promotional winnings are entered into solely by the Participants and are not endorsed by Palms Casino Resort. Palms Casino Resort does not enforce any of these types of agreements and is not responsible if certain parties do not honor their agreements.

27.    Once eligibility has been confirmed, Free Play Prizes will be loaded/awarded to the primary registered participants account and valid for thirty (30) days from issuance.

28.    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

29.    Falsification of any information will result in ineligibility.

30.    There is no smoking or vaping inside the Tournament Area.

31.    By participating in the Promotion, all participants agree to and acknowledge that they will abide by the official rules, regulations, and procedures of the Promotion. Official rules will be posted at the Club Serrano Rewards Center and Official Promotional Areas.

32.    By participating in this Promotion, you grant Palms Casino Resort permission to print, publish, televise, or otherwise utilize your name, city, state, photograph, or any likeness of you for promotional purposes.

33.    Management on duty will resolve any and all disputes. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.

34.    Any violation of Promotion Rules may result in immediate disqualification of the Participant(s) involved.  In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Promotion Committee will be final and binding.

35.    Persons who have voluntarily or involuntarily been excluded from the property or who have requested self-exclusion from the property are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

36.    Employees of Palms or YRC are not eligible.

37.    Must be 21 years of age or older to participate, be able to present proof of age with valid government-issued photo identification satisfactory to Palms and must be a member of the Club Serrano program. Membership is free.

38.    Casino capacity is limited and participation into a promotion/event/tournament is not guaranteed if a member is unable to register during the times stated in the Official Rules. No special circumstances will warrant the delaying of a promotion/event/tournament to be able to accommodate individuals or groups of individuals.

39.    Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the Promotion without notice at any time.

40.    The decisions of Palms Management regarding all aspects of this Tournament are final and binding, subject to NRS §463.362 which governs the Tournament. These Official Rules pertain to all of the Tournament activities occurring at Palms, and in the event of a conflict between these Official Tournament Rules and any related rules produced by YRC, these Official Rules shall at all times govern and control to resolve such conflict.

41.    Palms Casino Resort shall be excused from all performance and or payment obligations when the ability to execute the aforementioned promotion has been impeded as a result of, or arising from, any of the following:  governmental laws, regulations, orders, war, acts of terrorism, acts of nature, pandemic viruses, riots, civil disobedience, severe weather conditions including but not limited to tornadoes, hurricanes, ice storms, snow storms, hail storms, state or national emergencies (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure conditions”).  Palms Casino Resort shall only be excused from their performance and/or payment obligations of said promotion during the duration of the Force Majeure condition.  Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to cancel, terminate or postpone the Promotion in its sole discretion due to Force Majeure conditions.  Executive management of Palms Casino Resort shall retain the right to reschedule, or not reschedule the aforementioned Promotion in its sole discretion.  The staff of Palms Casino Resort shall use reasonable efforts to inform Promotion Participants of the cancellation, termination, or postponement of any Promotion due to Force Majeure conditions.

42.    EACH PRIZE WINNER WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND/OR LOCAL TAXES, AND FOR ANY OTHER FEES OR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRIZES THEY RECEIVE. Potential winners are subject to eligibility verification and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Winner’s Form, which includes releases of liability and publicity, and full completion of applicable tax form(s) (e.g. 1099-MISC, W2-G, 1042-S) within three (3) days of issuance. All Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income. Non-US resident Prize Winners further acknowledge and agree that Prizes are subject to federal withholding requirements. No cash redemption or Prize substitution allowed, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute another prize it believes is of equal or greater value. Prize is non-transferable and will be awarded only to the named Prize Winner. Prizes are awarded “as-is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor.
